What we cover
Our focus is the South Africa retail forex and CFD market: broker reviews, trading platforms, calculators, signals coverage, and education on risk management, technical analysis, and trading psychology. If a topic is missing from our coverage and you think it should be there, write to us — reader requests influence our editorial calendar.
Brokers and PR teams
Brokers are welcome to send factual updates: new bonuses, payment methods, leverage changes, regulatory licensing updates, platform releases. We do not accept paid placements that are not clearly disclosed as such. Editorial decisions about coverage, ranking, and tone remain entirely with the editor regardless of any commercial relationship.
For affiliate partnerships, please send a media kit, your standard tracking platform, and a statement of regulatory standing in South Africa. We only partner with brokers we are willing to recommend on editorial grounds.
What we cannot do
- Provide individual trading advice or signal recommendations. Our content is general-information only — for personal advice, consult a licensed financial adviser in South Africa.
- Open broker accounts on your behalf, hold deposits, or process withdrawals. We are an editorial site, not a financial services intermediary.
- Resolve disputes between you and a broker. If you have an unresolved complaint, contact the broker's customer support first; if that fails, escalate to FSCA (the South Africa financial regulator) or the broker's home-jurisdiction regulator.
- Recover funds from unregulated or scam operators. We are not investigators or recovery agents — be very wary of "recovery service" cold-callers who claim otherwise.
Postal address
We do not maintain a public postal office. All correspondence is handled by email at the addresses above. For formal legal notices, see the contact details on our terms of use page.
Response times are guidelines, not guarantees. We may delay or decline to respond to spam, automated messages, mass outreach, or content unrelated to South Africa forex/CFD trading.
